Security Drivers
Lasker Risk provide training and provision of security drivers for a
broad spectrum of client groups ranging royalty, celebrity, executive
and those who not necessary require enhanced security relative to any
specific threat but see value in ensuring that the person in control
of the vehicle in which they are travelling in the most appropriate
and capable person possible.
There is significant difference between a chauffeur and a security
driver.
They both share the same primary aim – to transport a client from one
place to another, smoothly, safely, on time and in complete comfort.
However a security driver has undergone extensive additional training
in advanced driving skills including – vehicles search procedure,
route selection (threat avoidance), offensive and defensive driving,
ram-through, anti ambush and counter ambush manoeuvres.
In addition to having undergone extensive advanced driver training,
the other distinct difference between a chauffeur and a security
driver is – experience and training.
